This is to inform all admitted candidates in the 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 academic sessions to come for a compulsory documentation exercise. The exercise is scheduled to commence as follows:

The newly admitted students in the facilities based in Buk new campus are to come for documentation exercise on Monday 10th to Wednesday 12th January 2022.

14 Documents Needed For Buk Documentation 2022
All admitted candidates should come along with original and photocopies of the following items for the documentation exercise
- JAMB Admission Letter
- BUK Admission Letter
- JAMB Acknowledgment slip (Direct Entry Candidates)
- BUK Acknowledgment slip (Direct Entry Candidates)
- JAMB Result slip (UTME Candidates)
- A’level Statement of Result (Direct Entry Candidates ONLY)
- O Level Statement of Result and Online print (SSCE)
- Result Checker Card for O level result (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS) Candidate with NECO June/July 2019 to 2021 are requested to present Token result checker card.
- Primary School Leaving Certificate/Testimonial (if Available)
- Birth Certificate/ Declaration of Age
- Completed Undertaking Form
- Certificate of Medical Fitness
- Evidence of payment of Acceptance Fees
- Two (2) recent Passport Photographs
